Tom has been the Executive Director at River’s Way since its founding in 1993. Tom primarily works with disability populations while managing the administrative side of River’s Way. Tom has a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Middlebury College along with a Master’s Degree in Business Communications from the University of St. Thomas. Tom has an extensive background in teaching and in working with youth-at-risk. He is married and has three children and four grandchildren!
Matt began working at River’s Way in 2011. In addition to working in summer camps and at the Bristol Family YMCA, Matt runs gardening, team building and walking programs in local schools. Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Parks and Recreation Management from East Tennessee State University, and is currently working on obtaining a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from King University. Matt has over 10 years of experience working with youth-at-risk. Matt is an avid outdoorsman, and likes to spend his free time bouldering and rock climbing in the Southeast.
